Green Lunch
Half of a sliced avocado on whole wheat bread, a little lemon juice, basil, salt and swiss cheese. Yummmy.
I laid some asparagus on a pan with a little chopped onion, olive oil and crushed black pepper and garlic. I put it on the broiler for a few. (note: if you want to keep your asparagus fresher longer keep them bundled together and place them upright in a small bowl of water in the fridge)
