Today I tried to make soft pretzels. It was a lot of work. Making the dough, waiting for it to rise, rolling it out (I realized how weak my arms really are), and baking them. Fhew! I started at 10:30 and the pretzels weren’t eat-ready until close to 1:00. If you are up for the challenge, I just snatched one of the abundant recipes online. The pretzels took patience, but they were definitely delicious!
