Summer Snack Time
I love snacks. Today I covered a little plate with sesame/poppy seed crackers. On about half of them I put fresh baby spinach leaves and small slices of swiss cheese. On the rest of the crackers I spread Kaukauna and added a little chopped asparagus. I also couldn’t resist a celery stick filled with peanut butter and topped with a few mixed nuts. My plate looked really green so I also added a few black cherries.
